On Sunday October 13th, Ita West came to the Woodlands House Hotel in Adare to take official photos of our branch members who participated in Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann in Derry this August. Photos were taken of the u12 Grúpa Cheoil and Banna Céilí “Réalt na Maidine” who achieved 2nd place in both competitions, the 12-15 Céilí band “Na Rapairí” and most of the soloists who could make it. This event was supervised by Seamus Dunworth while the branch A.G.M. was taking place.
Another meeting was called for Monday 21st Oct to appoint officers.
